Hubert Alacoque

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Director

Hubert Alacoque, principal consultant, brings 30 years of broad engineering and business management experience in the dominant sectors of economic activity of Atlantic Canada - mining, offshore oil & gas, fishery, construction, R & D, aerospace and transportation. Hubert has significant experience in engineering, operations management, business development, R & D financing, project management and consulting. He has had many senior roles and responsibilities in strategic and business planning projects, industrial operations management, business development and consulting.

 

He is a member of ASHRAE and PEGNL.Hubert has a Master in Business Administration (1998) from Memorial University of Newfoundland, a Bachelor of Science - Mechanical Engineering (1981) from École Polytechnique in Montreal, Quebec, and Automotive Technology Certificate (1974) from Galt Trade School in Sherbrooke, Quebec.

 

Hubert enjoys sailing in Conception Bay and around Newfoundland, travelling and jogging

Logan R. J. Drum

B. Eng., P. Eng.,

Computer Engineer

Logan R. J. Drum is a highly accomplished computer engineer that brings over 6 years of expertise in various computer technology fields, including information technology consultation on hardware and software, computer engineering consultation, hardware interfacing, software development, and other aspects of the computer sciences. Logan has significant expertise in computer technology consulting from both a hardware and software perspective, as well as having a strong focus on computer applications design and development for an engineering environment.  


He graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a degree in Computer Engineering and is a licensed member of PEGNL.

Nick Dunn

P. Tech., Senior Architectural Technologist & Project Manager

Nicholas Dunn has 17 years’ experience in IT, architectural technology, and construction. In addition to his experience as IT developer, construction manager and estimator, and architectural design, Nick has extensive proficiency and knowledge with the design software and systems used in building design and construction, particularly Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Civil3d, 3dsMax, Inventor), construction estimating software (Timberline, Cutlist Pro, Heavybid) and project management (MS Project, Planswift, AlphaCam).

 

Nick has completed three years of computer science at MUN and a diploma in Architectural Engineering Technology from the College of North Atlantic. Nick is a great addition to our team in that he has extensive knowledge and capabilities in the three fields.

Dana Reid

P. Tech., Architectural Technologist

Dana Reid has 3 years experience in architectural technology. In addition to his experience in architectural design, Dana has extensive proficiency and knowledge with the design software and systems used in building design and construction, particularly Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit Architecture).

 

Dana has completed a diploma in Architectural Engineering Technology from the College of North Atlantic. Dana is a great addition to our team in that he has extensive knowledge and capabilities in the field.

Sandra Fowler

Financial Consultant

Ms. Sandra Fowler possesses 30 years of expertise in the financial management of several businesses and organizations, including the non-profit(& charitable), health care, engineering and travel industries. Her education and training includes accounting diploma from College of the North Atlantic, business management courses from Henson College at Dalhousie University and specialized accounting training for industry specific areas, such as Sabre Accounting. As Financial Consultant for IDD Engineers, Sandra provides accounting, administration and management support.

 

Sandra has volunteered extensively over the years in her community on several committees. Her favorite, “The Jamaica Project”, aided a Kingston, Jamaica school suffering from poverty and social injustice. Under her guidance and fundraising skills, the group was successful in raising over $25,000 in 5 years via fundraisers, silent auctions, donation requests, and newsletters, allowing this school to provide computers for the children, upgrade the building, renovate the school kitchen and playground area as well as provide soccer and dance classes for children to stay healthy and have an alternative to stay off the streets.

 

She is a member of the Canadian Power and Sail Squadron, and enjoys travel, sailing, photography, reading and writing. For more information, please visit her website.
