Located downtown St. John’s on the harbour front, Fort William Station Condominiums is a 48-unit residential condominium development under final phase of construction.  The building consists of six sections of 8 condominium units over 4 levels and underground parking garage. This 2,200 square meter development has many architectural features and has been designed to blend nicely with the surrounding area

 

IDDEL worked with Douglas Hawes-Architect and RJC Services Ltd. and designed the HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems for the complete building development.   This project also included the design of a gas detection system for the underground parking garage.  Upon completion of the construction, the installation of the mechanical and electrical systems will be inspected and certified by IDDEL prior to its occupancy.
